A Registered Merit Reporter (RMR) is the second highest level of certification that a court reporter can obtain from the NCRA (National Court Reporters Association).

The pre-requisites to obtaining a RMR are that you must already have obtained a RPR certification from the NCRA.

To be certified for RMR you will need to complete a written test and a speed test.
